- Deposit: $100 (refundable if returned on time and undamaged)
20 ft Car Hauler Trailer
- 1 Day: $120
- 3 Days: $300
- 5 Days: $500
- 7 Days: $575
- Deposit: $150 (refundable if returned on time and undamaged)
Rental Requirements
To rent a trailer from Red-E-Bins, you must:
- Be 18 years or older
- Have a valid driver’s license
- Provide proof of auto insurance for your tow vehicle at pickup
- Have a suitable tow vehicle that can safely pull the trailer
- Have the correct hitch size (2” or 2 5/16”, depending on trailer)
- Have a working trailer light connection
Important Notes:
- Minimum rental: 1 full day
- Cleaning fee: $25 if the trailer is returned dirty
- Late fee: $25 per hour late or a full extra day charge (whichever is greater)
- Damage: Any damage, missing parts, or unsafe use may be deducted from your deposit or billed separately
- Straps/Tie-downs (if offered): Available as an add-on for an extra fee
Red-E-Bins reserves the right to refuse rental if your tow vehicle or setup is unsafe or does not meet our requirements.
How It Works
📝 Step 1 – Submit a Rental Request
Fill out our online Trailer Rental Request Form with your contact information, tow vehicle details, dates, and what you’ll be hauling.
✔️ Step 2 – We Confirm Details & Availability
We’ll review your request, make sure your vehicle and hitch are suitable for the trailer, and confirm your pricing, deposit, and pickup time.
📍 Step 3 – Pickup at Red-E-Bins
Come to our location with your driver’s license and proof of auto insurance.
We’ll help hook you up, check your lights, and make sure everything is secure before you leave.
🚛 Step 4 – Use the Trailer for Your Project
Tow safely, follow our guidelines, and enjoy the extra hauling capacity for your home project, move, or job site.
⏰ Step 5 – Return Clean & On Time
Return the trailer by your agreed time. After inspection, we’ll release your deposit if everything is in good condition.
